Sales Specialist - Italian & English (m/f/d) 33-40k

Our client is an international company specializing in chemical products and serving B2B customers across European and international markets. Its European headquarters is located in Düsseldorf.

The team in Germany is currently small but growing steadily. To support further market expansion, we are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist (m/f/d) with fluent Italian and English.

Your main responsibility will be outbound sales and lead generation, with a particular focus on the French-speaking market.

You will:

• Proactively contact potential B2B customers by phone
• Conduct cold calls and identify new business opportunities
• Introduce the company's products and identify potential customer needs
• Identify relevant contacts and decision-makers
• Qualify prospects and determine whether they represent a genuine sales opportunity
• Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system
• Follow up with promising prospects
• Pass qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager for further development
• Support basic market research and pre-sales activities

Cold calling is a central part of this role. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, approaching new customers and dealing professionally with rejection.

• Fluent Italian and English – both are required
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new customers by phone
• Not afraid of cold calling
• Persistent, proactive and structured working style
• Interest in international B2B sales
• Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, customer acquisition or B2B sales is an advantage
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus, but not required
• German language skills are an advantage

You do not need to be a chemical industry expert from day one. Our client provides structured training on products, markets and sales processes.
